Character Qualities Rubbing Off?

Hey guys!

So I was wondering if any of you have ever had the experience where you find a character, either one of your own or not, to be so relatable, that their characteristics seem to almost start rubbing off on you. Recently I've been feeling that way about one of my newest characters, whom I absolutely adore, because I've inadvertently found myself doing and saying things that he would do and I noticed that I seem to have adopted his little smirk. I know, it's pretty weird, but I wouldn't be Shanley if I wasn't doing something weird. I don't know if any of you have ever encountered this before (it is entirely possible that I'm just a freak, which I don't mind at all), but I've found it to be an incredibly interesting experience.

Anyone have any thoughts on the matter?
